Who is Len Klein?
Follower of Jesus Christ. Husband. Father. Continuous Ideator.
If I were to describe what I am, then I would say I’m a continuous “solutioner” at heart. I love to identify and evaluate problems - brainstorming or ideating practical solutions, then working to bring them to light. For the last 35 years I’ve been working in the building design and construction industry and over those decades I’ve come up with many ideas and business plans but never had the time to bring them to reality. Now I am officially “retired” (ie. retired from a paycheck) and have moved into what I’m calling my Fall Season of Life where I can focus on. The DNA of an engineer is that of continuous ideation and problem solving. The focus of my next few decades is to pursue some of those solutions, with a focus of serving others.
Who Should Reach Out

● Missions Based Organizations that have needs for innovative, efficient and cost-effective solutions. Eleos is in its early startup phase and therefore looking for places to serve.
● Individuals who have a heart for Christ and serving others, and enjoy the process of creative ideating, mapping solutions, and bringing those solutions to life. The hope is to have ELEOS Solutions become a hub where Christians can work together to serve these mission-based organizations who are engaged with underserved communities, taking care of their physical and spiritual well-being. It’s not limited to engineering, but easily includes other pillars such as business, leadership, mentoring, accounting, and art. I don’t know where God will take all of this, but ultimately, I’m hoping, looking and praying to identify ways for God to network His followers to serve others – specifically by filling gaps identified by existing missions-based organizations.
